No mystery. You are sacrificing any Microsoft assistance if you have troublwindows 7 full oeme. That being said, I've been using them for years. Anyone with half a brain can access the Microsoft support pages if he has trouble. You're simply payinwindows 7 full oemg extra for some chump change support. One other thing is it can ONLY be installed on that PC. You can't build another and install it on it.
