My computer's dvd drive did work with a dvd burner software and now in the dvd burning software, it doesn't show any drives. And I tired other dvd software and all will do the same thing.
make sure your dvd drive still work on your windows, you may click 'my computer' and check if you cdvd burning softwarean still see the drive
if not, try to
1) re-connect it,
2)uninstall and reinstall it on your windows,
3)clean out the upper and lower filters in the Registry that were corrupt. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl… E-BFC1-08002BE10318}
4) Try ideal dvd copy and follow the steps below:
click dvd burning softwarewindows' menu 'start'-'ideal dvd copy'-'driver'-'check' choose your burner and click 'ok'
