Adobe.com has available a trial version for download. That is the only legal way to download any version of Adobe Photoshop for free.
It is not legal to download the full version for free. (And Yahoo will delete any answers that point to an illegal source.)

but if you dont mind downloading a sharing program then i suggest limewire or bareshare(if it hasnt be shdownload. software adobe photoshop cs2ut down yet)

Go to www.adobe.com and there you can download the software for free. But it will be a trial version, fully fundtional for 30 days or so.
