avg free norton antivirus software downloadTo have my computer stay protected should I buy an antivirus software or just download a free one?
I normally download AVG but I'm wondering if that is good enough or if I should buy another one cause they told me AVG isn't that strong. I also heard that some software that requires money are actually worst than AVG like Norton. Will anti virus software also protect me from Malware or do I need a anti-malware software as well?

I downloaded malwarebytes to get rid of spyware and viruses on my comp for free and i also had downloaded ARO to get rid of some viruses before malwarebytes. When i uninstalled ARO 2011, internet explorer stoped working i also uninstalled malwarebytes just incase that was the problem. Now my interenet explorer doesn't work on my laptop but it says i am connected to the internet. So it will cost to maintain yes, but remember, this is also a 10 year old vehicle now (as 08 Explorers are comign into showrooms in less than a month)
We call them Ford EXPLODERS!!! They have alot of minor electric probleford explorerms, window motors, door lock switches, oxegen sensor night mare, stuff like that.
The ford man is "" WRONG......AGAIN...you can maintain this vehicle on a daily basis and your still going to have problems,call me when the transmission and ball joints go out ...which is probably already happening as we speak.........oh and your are never going to get that check engine light out ....when it comes on for EGR problems or to lean bank 1 or 2

Then maybe, you could ask him if they have seen any of them, or maybe they'll say they saw one of them before you ask them. If he hasn't seen any of them, recommend one of them and say why. If he did watch any of the movies, start talking about your favorite parts, lines, etc.
NOTE- * Act casual as you are asking the question about homework, as if you would ask it to anybody from your class that passed by. That reduces awkwardness.

Last sunday I installed windows vista in my computer, and everything worked well. I tried windows media player, internet explorer, and the side bar, even though I didn't try the other programs above before starting to install the automatic updates of windows vista... after I started to install them, some of the programs stopped working, but I ignored them because they weren't that important to me. flashget 1.9.6Flashget has stopped downloading?
I have flashget 1.9.6 and I download through a Rapidshare server. A few days ago all my files started downloading as 262 bit files, I checked my Rapidshare account which is active and working, and have tried signing in again on flashget, but to no avail, any ideas?

For now i use "Free Download Manager".
It's very similar to flashget, but i still prefer flashget, so if anyone knows how to fix it please comment.
Rapidshare has imposed SSL (encrypted) download (maybe to prevent ISPs from spying their clients... :)
Flashget doesn't know how to access ssl server but it uses cookies from internet explorer, so sign in rapidshare.com from Internet Explorer, and Flashget will use that cookie to access ssl server flashget 1.9.6

I use rapidshare, but maybe someone who uses something else could comment as to weather that service was still working with flashget. I also tried rapget and could not get it to work either. broadcom bluetooth downloadHow do I enable bluetooth on my sony VAIO?
I see that a few other people have asked this and no one seems to have a straight forward answer but I thought I'd try once more.
I have a brand new Sony VAIO FZ26OE. It is bluetooth capable. When I was first setting up the computer I know that there was an option to turn it on, but I didn't want it on at the moment. Since then, I can't seem to find how to turn it on. I've read the help menu which tells me to double click the WLAN option and select from there, hobroadcom bluetooth downloadwever there is no bluetooth option available! When I access bluetooth settings from the control pannel, there's no way to turn it on from there either. I've gone to Sony's website and googled my question, but there doesn't seem to be a direct answer anywhere. I've tried to download the broadcom bluetooth driver from the website, but it tells me it can only be installed on vista and I have vista!
I know how bluetooth works, I've tried the help option, I've tried tbroadcom bluetooth downloadhe control pannel.

When my computer crashed and needed a new hard drive I noticed when I got it back that the tech had loaded AVG free on the machine. This guy was no dummy so I loaded it onto the brand new HP last year when I got it. These have been running successfully on both amchines for two years nad are the best, even compared to NORTON. Get it straight from AVG only and be secure!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally downloaded AVG anti virus and used it for a year. It seemed to work but not to my full satisfaction. Also, at the end of the year you have to buy it anyway. I also sort of remember reading in their download agreement info that your name is kept for future advertisers. AVG is based in Europe somewhere. I wasn't too happy about that, but like you, it was free and I was financially strapped at that time.
If you have to buy, I would recommend Zone Alarm Security (with anti-virus & spyware). This is a fabulous system and you only have one software that covers both virus security and spyware, automatically checks your email for "Junk Mail" and "Phishing Mail" and moves these to specific folders in your Inbox list. Very easy to update and work with.
On a final note, I just didn't feel that the AVG did the best job. What do you expect for a freebie, right? NOTE: Most freeby downloads seem to always have a spy atavg anti virus free downloadtached! Therefore, I have now realized it doesn't pay to get free software off the internet. Your computer will suffer eventually from that download. I know mine did!

As long as you're downloading it from a trusted site it should be ok. If you download it and it slows down your computer than it's not a good one, try another one but from a trusted site like zdnet.com.

1. You do not have enough money to buy a really expensive studio microphone.
2. It would be useful to you to have a mic that can be used on stage too
3. If you ever need to sell it on, a mic that is very saleable would be handy.

Every manufacturer (e.g. AKG, Beyerdynamic etc) sells something of that ilk. But you can't go wrong with the original. Being a dynamic mic, it also does not require a battery or phantom power.
A genuine SM58 can also be easily repaired if it is broken or dented etc. The parts are easy to get. It might even be worth buying an old one that is a bit worse for wear (and therefore cheap) and reconditioning it yourself with spare parts off eBay.
In the video they are using a Large Diaphragm condenser mic and a pop shield. You can get USB Condenser Mic's professional music equipmentso you can plug them straight into a computer and record. The price range varies greatly depending on the make and model. Beringer make budget USB Condenser Mic's which should be fine for this purpose. Get a pop shield as well, place this about 2 inches in front of the mic to stop the mic from 'popping'
You will need music sequencer software to record in, Audacity is free to download, but if you want a professional program use Cubase, Cakewalk or Pro Tools.
Alternatively you could get a Dynamic Mic like a Shure SM58, this is an good quality all round mic. It isn't as sensitive as a condenser but you can still get a great sound from them, and use them for live performances.

I will assume that:
1. You do not have enough money to buy a really expensive studio microphone.
2. It would be useful to you to have a mic that can be used on stage too
3. If you ever need to sell it on, a mic that is very saleable would be handy.
4. You are going to use it primarily as a vocal mic but might want to use it on an insprofessional music equipmenttrument once in a while (maybe an acoustic guitar)
